These terms apply to every purchase from Tritech Store, operated by Tritech USA Inc., Claremont, California, CSLB License No. 983815.

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the pickup or delivery address. Payment is processed by Stripe; Tritech Store never sees or stores your card number.

All sales are final. Tritech Store does not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations and does not give refunds, for any reason. Warranty claims and any product problem are handled directly by the manufacturer under the manufacturer's own policy.

Product descriptions and photos are provided by manufacturers and distributors. Please confirm part numbers and compatibility before ordering.

Installation is not included with any product. Installation service is available separately from Tritech USA Inc. — call 909-833-3600.

Returns & Warranty

All sales are final. Tritech Store does not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations, and does not give refunds, for any reason.

Every product is covered by its manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims, repairs, replacements and any product problem — including an item that arrives damaged or does not work — are handled directly by the manufacturer under that manufacturer's own policy.
